You must have the following turned in to the Athletic Office and have completed the
2021-22 Online Registration Form to participate on the first day |February 28, 2022

• Minnesota State High School League Eligibility Brochure
• Sports Qualifying Physical Exam | Typically good for 3 years
• Fee | $45.00 | $20.00 for Free/Reduced Lunch
